Mobility Builders vision is to:
- Utilize Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to design and build highly customized, durable wheelchairs for children with disabilities in less resourced countries.
- Offer a unique turn-key system to provide in-country partners with technical, procedural, and educational supports to ensure sustainable success.
- Improve the quality of life for children and families by addressing the seating and postural support needs, optimizing function, soclialization, independence, and access to their community.
Amaralina was the youngest in her family and needed a wheelchair. She wanted to go to school but without a wheelchair, she couldn’t. Thanks to our generous donors, Mobility Builders was able to provide Amaralina with a wheelchair, which she now uses at school.
